Home-Start Banbury & Chipping Norton is managed by a multi-disciplinary Management Committee,
whose specific responsibilities are:
To determine the policy of the organisation, ensure its implementation
and to secure the efficient management and administration of
the Home-Start scheme.
To exercise responsibility for financial
control and deployment of staff.
To ensure that insurance cover
is maintained for all insurable risks.
To submit an Annual Report
on the scheme’s work to each
Annual General Meeting.
To monitor and evaluate the scheme’s
work regularly.
As Trustees, Management Committee members are collectively
and individually responsible for the prudent management of Home-Start
Banbury & Chipping Norton’s affairs and for ensuring the scheme acts at all
times within its constitution and the Home-Start Agreement. This
includes legal, financial and managerial responsibilities.
HOME-START BANBURY & CHIPPING NORTON are
looking to recruit new members for the Management Committee.

Able to attend Management Committee meetings regularly (they
are held approximately 4-6 times a year and last approximately
